Empowering Members with Skills, Knowledge & Opportunities they organize workshops, mentorship programs, training programs, and skills development sessions for members and the general public. Design and implement agricultural training manuals, models and programs to enhance members’ skills in farming, agribusiness, and technology. Collaborate with industry experts, universities, institutions, and stakeholders  for knowledge sharing and specialized training. Facilitate internship & mentorship programs for young agripreneurs.
NextGen Agricultural Institute will be established as a fully certified agricultural training center, offering:
• Diploma & certification courses in agribusiness & technology-driven farming.
• Hands-on training in crop production, mechanization, and agro-processing.
• Leadership & entrepreneurship programs for cooperative members.
• And online courses and tutorials on our website Lead by Agronomists, Agricultural expert & consultants, extension officers, Business & Entrepreneurship Coaches, University Professors & Industry Experts, Curriculum Developers & Workshop Facilitators. This committee ensures NextGen members are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in modern agriculture.
