Oversee packaging, branding, and certification to meet market standards. Manage logistics and distribution networks for smooth product delivery.
NextGen Agribusiness & Trade Center – A fully operational export & trade network for NextGen products will:
• Establish a commercial unit handling large-scale agricultural trade & exports.
• Create NextGen-branded agro-processing ventures (cassava flour, animal feed, organic products).
• Develop NextGen’s own distribution & retail chain for members’ farm produce.
This committee comprises Sales & Marketing Executives, Supply Chain & Logistics Managers, Agribusiness Traders & Export Consultants, Packaging & Branding Experts. It will ensure that NextGen members have access to high-value markets, boosting profits and creating a strong agricultural brand.

Training and Capacity Building
Empowering Members with Skills, Knowledge & Opportunities they organize workshops, mentorship programs, training programs, and skills development sessions for members and the general public. Design and implement agricultural training manuals, models and programs to enhance members’ skills in farming, agribusiness, and technology. Collaborate with industry experts, universities, institutions, and stakeholders for knowledge sharing and specialized training. Facilitate internship & mentorship programs for young agripreneurs.
NextGen Agricultural Institute will be established as a fully certified agricultural training center, offering:
• Diploma & certification courses in agribusiness & technology-driven farming.
• Hands-on training in crop production, mechanization, and agro-processing.
• Leadership & entrepreneurship programs for cooperative members.

Research, Policy and Advocacy
Advocate for favorable agricultural policies for the youth and co-operate farmers.
Frequently conduct scientific research and on agriculture practices like crop varieties, soil
health, climate resilience, and farm productivity, emerging trends, and member needs.
Engages with lawmakers, agricultural agencies, and policymakers to influence agricultural policies by collecting and analyzing agricultural data for informed decision making.
Publishes research reports, policy papers, data and agricultural market insights for NextGen members investors and farmers.
Center For Innovation, Policy and Agricultural Research, will be the leading private agricultural research & policy think tank to offer data-driven consultancy services to governments, investors, and agribusinesses. Establish NextGen’s own agricultural statistics unit, reducing reliance on external market data. Made of Agricultural Researchers & Scientists, Policy Analysts & Economists, Data Scientists & Market Analysts, Advocacy & Public Affairs Specialists, and data collection experts.

Enhancing Farm Health, Agro-Chemistry & Farmers’ overall Well-Being, the MediChem
(Medical and Chemical) committee oversees the safe use and management of agricultural
chemicals, such as pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers. Draft, educate and promote safe
and healthy farming practices among members. Prepare manuals, guidelines on chemical
measurement for crops, livestock and poultry. Ensure the general health and safety of
members. They conduct soil testing to ensure soil health management, research and promote
alternative medicine for livestock care & plant disease management and help in the selection of chemicals for use. They also conduct research and provide innovative guidelines on farm produce storage and extension of shelf life.
NextGen Agro-Medical & Biotech Centre will be Ghana’s first cooperative-led agricultural health & biotechnology center which will be in charge of developing NextGen’s own line of organic agricultural products & farm supplements, NextGen branded organic fertilizers, bio-pesticides, and eco-friendly soil enhancers. Produce NextGen branded seed varieties and animal breeds. Soil Scientists & Agronomists, Biochemists, Agrochemical Engineers, Veterinary Doctors, Plant Pathologists, Occupational Health & Safety Specialists, Pharmacologists, Medical Doctors, Lab technicians and engineers, and Animal and Plant GMO

Develop financial assistance programs for struggling members where applicable.
Members on this committee comprises Human Resource & Social Welfare Experts, Counselors & Community Engagement Officers, and Health & Insurance Specialists.
