Collaborate with industry experts, universities, institutions, and stakeholders for knowledge sharing and specialized training. Facilitate internship & mentorship programs for young agripreneurs.

Center For Innovation, Policy and Agricultural Research, will be the leading private agricultural research & policy think tank to offer data-driven consultancy services to governments, investors, and agribusinesses. Establish NextGen’s own agricultural statistics unit, reducing reliance on external market data. Made of Agricultural Researchers & Scientists, Policy Analysts & Economists, Data Scientists & Market Analysts, Advocacy & Public Affairs Specialists, and data collection experts.

Enhancing Farm Health, Agro-Chemistry & Farmers’ overall Well-Being, the MediChem
(Medical and Chemical) committee oversees the safe use and management of agricultural
chemicals, such as pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers. Draft, educate and promote safe
and healthy farming practices among members. Prepare manuals, guidelines on chemical
measurement for crops, livestock and poultry. Ensure the general health and safety of
members. They conduct soil testing to ensure soil health management, research and promote
alternative medicine for livestock care & plant disease management and help in the selection of chemicals for use. They also conduct research and provide innovative guidelines on farm produce storage and extension of shelf life.
NextGen Agro-Medical & Biotech Centre will be Ghana’s first cooperative-led agricultural health & biotechnology center which will be in charge of developing NextGen’s own line of organic agricultural products & farm supplements, NextGen branded organic fertilizers, bio-pesticides, and eco-friendly soil enhancers. Produce NextGen branded seed varieties and animal breeds.
