Planning Committee

Ensure the well-being of NextGen members, including financial, social, and health support. Organize welfare benefits, insurance schemes, and emergency support for members. Facilitate member recognition programs, birthdays, and special events.
Offer support for bereavement, illness, and other personal challenges within the cooperative.
Develop financial assistance programs for struggling members where applicable.
Members on this committee comprises Human Resource & Social Welfare Experts, Counselors & Community Engagement Officers, and Health & Insurance Specialists.
