Monitoring and Evaluation Committee

They track the progress of NextGen’s initiatives, programs and projects. Evaluate the impact of activities ensuring they align with NextGen’s objectives and suggest improvements. Provide regular feedback and reports to the executive committee. Visit members’ farms to provide guidelines, monitor and evaluate same. They also conduct performance assessments for different committees and ensure transparency & accountability while analyzing data to improve decision-making, productivity, and member benefits.
This committee will become NextGen Agri-Impact & Performance Center – A research-driven department that measures agricultural productivity & social impact.
• Become Ghana’s leading agricultural monitoring & performance evaluation body.
• Develop data-driven frameworks for agribusiness efficiency.
• Offer impact assessment services to government agencies and private agribusinesses.
