Logistics, Artisan and Technical Committee

The LAT Committee is the engineering and technical powerhouse of NextGen,
responsible for farm infrastructure, machinery, and technical services. Their role
includes:
1. Farm Infrastructure & Setup:
• Designing and building farms from scratch for members.
• Setting up irrigation systems, greenhouses, and mechanized farms.
• Developing storage & post-harvest handling structures (silos, warehouses).
2. Machinery & Equipment Management:
• Managing NextGen’s fleet of agricultural machineries like tractors, ploughers, and
harvesters etc.
• Providing equipment maintenance & repairs.
• Assisting members in renting or purchasing farm machinery.
3. Technical Consultation & Support:
• Providing expert advice on farm setup, mechanization, and best practices.
• Assisting members and external clients in designing and optimizing farm layouts.
