Handle land acquisition documentation & dispute resolution. Ensure regulatory compliance withGhana’s cooperative, business, and agricultural laws. Provide legal advice & representation for the co-operative and its members. Handle contract drafting, land disputes & cooperative policies. Provide legal support to members on agricultural agreements.
In the near future, we envision this committee becomes NextGen Legal & Compliance Firm – A fully fledged agribusiness law firm specializing in: Agricultural & Investment Law, Establishing NextGen’s in-house agribusiness law firm. Specializing in land litigation, and cooperative regulations as well as offering legal services to farmers & agribusiness investors.
