Land acquisition
In charge of handling leasing, purchasing, and allocation of land for the cooperative. They identify and secure farmland for cooperative projects. They establish agreements with chiefs, landowners & government agencies and ensure proper land documentation & conflict resolution. They also help members in securing farmlands, guide them in the selection of lands for specific agricultural practice. This committee works hand in hand
with the Legal Affairs Committee.
This Committee will be in charge of NextGen’s Land Bank – A national agricultural land bank that leases and manages farmlands for NextGen members and investors.
Managed by a team of Land Surveyors & Valuers, Real Estate & Property Lawyers, Land Economists, agronomists or soil scientists and Conflict Resolution Specialists.
