Handles the Society’s website, and ensure an integration of agricultural techniques into modern technology. Leverage technology to optimize farming processes (e.g., precision farming, digital tools like farm management softwares & mobile applications for members and website etc.). Research and recommend innovative farming technologies and solutions. In charge of building and managing the cooperative’s websites. Implement technology-driven solutions for farming (AI, drones, and IoT sensors). Ensure cybersecurity, data protection & management and digital record-keeping.
In some years, they will transition to be an independent setup as YiaSmart & Digital Services that will become Ghana’s No.1 agricultural technology & digital solutions provider. Develop smart farming tools (weather tracking, yield prediction, automated irrigation) and establish the largest and super convenient Agricultural e-commerce, connecting farmers to buyers and investors. Lead by a team of dedicated Software Developers, Web Designers, I.T experts, Data Scientists, AI Experts Cybersecurity Specialists, Digital Marketing Strategists and Data analysts. This committee positions NextGen as the leader in AgriTech, making farming smarter, data-driven, and highly efficient.
