This Committee develops business strategies and plans for the cooperative expansion and financial sustainability, it identifies and mitigate financial, operational, environmental and investment risks, ensures corporate governance, ethical compliance, and accountability, and establishes partnerships, sponsorships, and business opportunities. We have a team of experts as Business Analysts & Strategists, Risk Management Specialists, Corporate Governance Experts, and Investment & Insurance Experts leading keeping the committee alive We foresee this committee becoming NextGen’s Business & Risk Centre that will become a corporate management & advisory wing overseeing expansion, mergers, and acquisitions, developing business models for processing, exports, and agribusiness ventures, and creating a NextGen Risk Assessment & Insurance Division for member protection.
